What size in BLEAU do I wear?
BLEAU is designed to have a seamless finish, hugging and accentuating the curves of your body. All our pieces are standard sizing which can be seen on our Sizing chart, unless stated otherwise in the product description on the item.
Can i modify/cancel my order?
es, you can cancel or make amendments to your order prior to the garments being dispatched. After the item has been dispatched, you will need to wait for delivery and then follow the returns/refunds policy. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to make any modifications or cancelations to your order. Email: email@example.com
What payment methods do you accept?
You can choose to make payments through Paypal or debit/credit cards. We accept Visa, Master Card, Delta, UK Maestro, Electron or Solo
What is the difference with Pre-order?
Our Exclusive pieces are limited so in order to ensure our BLEAU babes will be the first in our exclusive pieces prior to launch or to make sure you get a second chance to purchase exclusive pieces on high demand we may offer our Pre order service. Purchase would be made as normal, payment taken at check out and your order will be shipped as soon as it is back in stock. We will put further information in the product description of the selected items of how much extra time all for delivery.
Do you do wholesale?

How long will my order take?
All orders will be dispatched within 1 working day (pre orders not included) and the delivery time is subject to the delivery option selected at checkout. More information can be found on our Shipping page.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, Please refer to our Shipping page for more information.
All deliveries placed on a Public holiday would need to allow an extra working day for delivery (this would be relative to how many bank holidays fall within the order and delivery time). This also applies if a public holiday falls within the delivery time. If you need any further assistance with shipping/delivery please complete the contact us form.
How do I make a return/exchange?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org stating that you wish to return or exchange your item/s, we will then respond to you with a returns/exchange form that you will need to complete and send back with your item/s. Please note that all returns/exchange must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. More information can be found in the returns/exchange policy.
Will you reimburse me of my delivery costs?
No we don't reimburse unless the return/exchange is due to a manufacturing fault/damage.

How long does it take to complete the process of refund/exchange?
Once we receive your returned item/s (within the 14 days of receiving your order) we will process your refund which will take 10-14 days to appear in your account.
